Please note:  When we send your confirmation order w/ shipping costs, check the order for any errors to avoid extra fees.  We are not responsible for typos, returned packages, wrong styles, colors, sizes, etc. 

Canceling an order:  If order is canceled before any processing, there is no fee.  The cancellation must be confirmed within 1 hour of order placement.  We have a full work force and orders are normally processed immediately upon receipt.

Cancellations / Returns:
No exchanges, refunds, or returns will be accepted past our 7-day warranty. To initiate a return or replacement for an unwanted product you must request an RMA number via email by clicking here. After you email us your order number and the reason for return we will then give you an RMA number that is good for 10 business days. Any return without an RMA number or that has an expired RMA number will be refused and returned at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for lost RMA packages sent back to us, so please insure your package. 
Defective Items - If you have received a defective product from Mystic Alley, you may return it to obtain a credit, exchange, or refund excluding shipping. DOA or defective products must be reported to us within 48 hours (based on Delivery Confirmation) of receiving the products. 
Non defective Items - Mystic Alley reserves the right to assess a 15% Restock fee on returned non defective items. Note that shipping, handling, or any labor charges are not refundable. Refund amounts will be based on your order's invoice at the time of purchase.
Please note:  A 15% restocking fee will be charged.

ALL items MUST be returned as per above instructions in original wrapping, with hang tags and in the original box.  Return the order in salable condition to Mystic Alley, Attn.: Office Returns, 35 Yocum Road, Wapwallopen, PA, 18660. We will refund 85% of the total product cost plus applicable tax charged (NO shipping costs will be refunded ).  We will contact you for credit card information to credit the original payment method.  (Please note we do not keep credit card information on file, once an order is processed, we destroy all credit information)

If an error has been made in our warehouse - you received the wrong item or a defective item:  Please call 1-570-379-1193.  Return shipping costs may be reimbursed only if we are notified within 2 days of shipment date (confirmation delivery) and it is returned by the same method of shipment used by our warehouse - after inspection of the item, the refund total will be determined.

Please note:  Warranty information is not the same as return information.
Please read all information regarding products.  We are not responsible for color differences from actual product and what is showing on individual monitors.
Handmade items, including witch balls, vary in size and color due to the nature of the craft.  

*Handmade Bow Orders:  Canceling a bow order can be done if no processing has taken place.  We make our bows daily with a dedicated employee doing this full time.  Normally a bow will be made within an hour of order placement.  If the bow has been made, there is a 10% fee for canceling.
All other handmade bow orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Once an order is processed and shipped, there are no refunds on handmade bow orders.  This includes all handmade bows, including but not limited to:  10" pew bows, 12", 18" and 24" handmade bows.  
Other sizes are available - including 14", 16" and 20".  If interested in those, please email for pricing.

Please double check the color selected.  If you have concerns about the color ribbon, please request a sample piece of ribbon.

 When ordering from Mystic Alley you will notice that no shipping/handling charges are added to your order. 
We do not have shipping added automatically in our shopping cart.  We compile each order and calculate that shipping by weight from zip to zip and charge accordingly. We do this in an effort to save our customers shipping costs.  When possible (and if more affordable), we will ship orders in a Priority Flat Rate Envelope ($5.95) or Priority Flat Rate Box ($9.95).  If your individual order does not fit in this size package or if it's more affordable to ship UPS, we will do so.  Rest assured, we do our best to calculate your shipping costs as close to the actual cost of the package with only a minimal handling fee to cover packaging/invoicing/etc. 
Bow order shipping costs may appear slightly higher due to the cost of boxes and packing sheets.
Bow order shipping costs are determined by state - the ship cost per state includes handling and postage.

Have no fear that $6.95 (or the like) handling is going to show up on your invoice for "whatever" reason - this will NOT happen when ordering from Mystic Alley. 

We ship UPS or USPS Priority mail.

Please be sure to include your postal address and a valid UPS address.  We are not responsible for undeliverable items.

If an item is returned to us due to an invalid shipping address, a second shipping cost must be paid before item is shipped again. 
Also, note that when returned, if you opt for a cost only refund, a 15% restocking fee will be applicable. 

We strive to ship your order within 24 hours of payment - please note: orders placed on Fridays will not ship until Monday. Busy times of year, including but not limited to Christmas, may take longer for shipments.  Please allow ample time for delivery and/or before requesting information.

Product Pricing: Mystic Alley reserves the right to adjust pricing as necessary on any and all products. You will be informed, prior to processing, should a discrepancy occur. 

Handmade Bow Quotes (Quantity Discounts) :  Handmade bow quotes are given upon request.   Current 2007 pricing is available to resellers and dealers.
GIFT SERVICE :
We will ship your gifts for you!  Just order through the shopping cart and provide your billing address and the "ship to" address on the form.  Please be sure to make note of the gift message and if you would like the invoice enclosed as well. 

A gift card or paper is enclosed when sending gifts and are appropriate for the age and occasion.  

Gift papers / cards will not have payment information.  The purchaser will receive an email with the total cost as receipt of payment.
