Return Policy: 

Custom made bow orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.  If you're concerned that the color ribbon may not match the color you would like, please request a sample piece of ribbon.

No exchanges, refunds, or returns will be accepted past our 5-day warranty. To initiate a return or replacement for a defective product you must request an RMA number via email by clicking here. After you email us your order number and the reason for return we will then give you an RMA number that is good for 10 business days. Any return without an RMA number or that has an expired RMA number will be refused and returned at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for lost RMA packages sent back to us, so please insure your package. 
Defective Items - If you have received a defective product from Mystic Alley, you may return it to obtain a credit, exchange, or refund excluding shipping. DOA or defective products must be reported to us within 48 hours (based on Delivery Confirmation) of receiving the products. 
Non-defective Items - Mystic Alley reserves the right to assess a 15% Restock fee on returned non-defective items. Note that shipping, handling, or any labor charges are not refundable. Refund amounts will be based on your orders invoice at the time of purchase.
